All orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse within two business days after your payment is received.

Delivery NZ:  Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days via courier NZ wide with the exception of rural delivery which may require longer

We are happy to ship internationally, simply contact us here and we’ll advise shipping rates.

We are happy to assist you if you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your purchase.

Please contact us here within 5 days of receiving your order explaining what you would like to return. We happily accept returns for a store credit.

Returned goods must be in un-used condition. Clearance, sale items and specially ordered products are not eligible for return unless faulty.Please allow 3-7 days for processing and understand that the customer is responsible for postage and packaging unless the item is deemed faulty.

Once items have been returned to us a store credit valid for 6 months will be issued and emailed to you. This can be used for any purchase on our website.

Please note that many of our products are handmade and as such differ slightly from one item to the next – even within the same design. These minor differences are not faults but the charm of handmade products.

If there is a defect, then please contact us here within 5 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund – whichever you prefer.


We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from it’s journey to you. However if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us here we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.



You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with.
